OUR INTENTION
We respect your privacy and your right to be treated with dignity. We encourage and learn from the feedback we receive.
We support your right to make a complaint about our services, and we welcome any feedback you would like to give us.
We focus on early resolution of concerns, and aim to deal with complaints equitably, fairly, and in an unbiased way.
How to make a complaint or offer feedback:
You can offer feedback or raise any immediate concerns with Facilitators and/or Crew during a session, if you feel comfortable to do so;
You can also provide feedback via our survey form;
You can email events@changingminds.org.nz with feedback, questions, or suggestions;
